Slack integration sends Distance notifications to a selected Slack workspace and channel.
The Slack integration allows your team to stay informed about important activity in Distance without leaving Slack. Once connected, events such as new contacts or newly created tickets are automatically posted to a designated channel. This helps teams monitor updates in real time, coordinate follow-ups more easily, and maintain awareness across support and operations workflows without constantly checking the Distance dashboard.
