The Forms feature empowers your business to automate customer inquiries and streamline communication. By offering multiple ways for customers to connect with your services, this tool ensures you never miss an opportunity to engage with potential leads.

Steps to Create a Request Form

  1. Access Forms: Navigate to the Forms section in the sidebar menu.

  1. Create a new form: Click on Create Form and select one of the available templates:

    • Request customer support: Ideal for addressing customer issues or follow-up assistance.

    • Get in touch: A general inquiry form for questions about your services.

    • Request a service: Perfect for scheduling repairs, installations, or maintenance requests.

  1. Customize your form:

    • Add or edit fields to collect the information you need.

    • Personalize the template to reflect your business’s branding.

  2. Preview and finalize: Use the preview feature to ensure the form matches your expectations.

  1. Add a success message: Include a personalized thank-you message for customers after submission.

  1. Publish the form:

  • Share the link or QR code.

  • Embed the form directly on your website.

Sharing Your Form

  1. QR Code: Great for physical materials like flyers, posters, or vehicle wraps. Customers can scan the code to access the form instantly.

  1. Shareable Link: Shareable across social media, email campaigns, or text messages.

  1. Website Embed: Seamlessly integrate the form into your website for direct lead capture. Embedding your form

    Easily embed your form into your website:

    • Open the form you wish to embed.

    • Select the Embed option to generate a code snippet.

    • Copy and paste the snippet into your website's HTML.

    • Save and test the form to confirm functionality.
