Access Forms: Navigate to the Forms section in the sidebar menu.
Create a new form: Click on Create Form and select one of the available templates:

Easily embed your form into your website:
Open the form you wish to embed.
Select the Embed option to generate a code snippet.
Copy and paste the snippet into your website's HTML.
Save and test the form to confirm functionality.
