Campaign and automation notifications

Campaign and automation notifications alert team members about relevant events within campaigns or automated workflows, helping them stay informed and take timely action.

Introduction

The Campaign/Automation notifications section allows your team to monitor important workflow activity without being overloaded by every update. You can configure notifications based on specific campaign or automation events, such as recipient replies, completions, or failures. This ensures your team sees the most relevant information at the right time, keeping focus on high-impact events while minimizing distractions from routine activity.

Setting up campaign/automation notifications

Team members who have already been added in Settings → Team will receive email notifications by default.

To customize notifications:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Campaign/Automation notification rules.

  1. In the Campaign/Automation notification rules section, under Send notifications to, click Edit then click the box to select one or more active team members to receive the email notification.

  1. Repeat for any additional team members who should receive alerts.

  1. Click Save to apply your changes.

By configuring campaign and automation notifications in this way, your team receives timely updates about recipient responses and other key events. This ensures important interactions are monitored promptly, enabling faster follow-up and better coordination while avoiding unnecessary notifications for routine activity.
