Urgent notifications

Urgent notifications alert specific team members immediately when high-priority tickets or events occur, ensuring critical issues are never missed.

The Urgent notifications allows your team to stay on top of pressing tickets by sending alerts through SMS as soon as an issue is flagged as urgent. This ensures that urgent matters are addressed promptly without overwhelming your team with notifications for less critical activity.


Setting up urgent notifications

  1. Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Urgent Notifications.

  1. Click Edit to modify the list of users who should receive urgent alerts.

  1. In the field labeled Select users to notify via SMS, search for a team member and click Add number.

  2. Enter the phone number to receive SMS alerts, then click the checkmark to confirm.

  1. Repeat for any additional team members who need urgent notifications.

  1. Click Save to apply your changes.

By assigning urgent notifications to the right team members, you ensure that critical tickets are seen and acted on immediately. This helps prevent delays in handling urgent customer issues and maintains high service reliability without flooding all users with unnecessary alerts.
