Setting up call forwarding from Dialpad to Distance
Forward calls from Dialpad to Distance so your AI Voice agent can answer, log conversations, and create tickets automatically.
Call forwarding from Dialpad ensures that inbound calls are routed directly to your Distance number when your team is unavailable. Once calls reach Distance, the AI Voice agent answers, transcribes the conversation, captures caller details, and can create tickets if configured.
This reduces missed calls, streamlines call handling, and ensures that all interactions are documented for follow-up, allowing your team to maintain service quality without constant monitoring.
