The Scheduling and services tab defines how AI agents understand your availability and the services you offer. By connecting a scheduling platform and maintaining a clear list of services, agents can answer booking questions with confidence, explain service options accurately, and guide customers toward the right next step without guesswork.
This reduces back-and-forth, sets clearer expectations, and helps conversations move toward confirmed appointments.
Booking
Connect a supported scheduling platform so agents can reference booking information during conversations.
Once connected, agents can use this context to respond to availability questions, explain booking flows, and direct customers appropriately when they ask about appointments or scheduling.

Services
Define the services your business provides so agents can describe offerings consistently and accurately.

Click + Create to add a service manually. Each service includes:
Title – The service name customers will recognize
Description – A clear explanation of what the service includes
Duration – The estimated length of the service
You can also use Import CSV to upload services in bulk. This is helpful for businesses with a large service catalog or existing service lists. CSV files must be under 5 MB.
Keeping services up to date ensures agents present the right options, avoid incorrect assumptions, and give customers clear, reliable information across chat, SMS, and voice conversations.
