# Scheduling and services

Scheduling and services give AI agents structured access to booking tools and service details to support appointment and service-related conversations.

### **Introduction**

The **Scheduling and services** tab defines how AI agents understand your availability and service offerings. By connecting a scheduling platform and maintaining an up-to-date list of services, agents can respond to booking requests, explain service options, and guide customers toward the correct next step.

This helps reduce back-and-forth, improves response accuracy, and ensures customers receive clear, consistent information when asking about appointments or services.

### **Booking**

Connect a supported scheduling platform so agents can reference booking information during conversations.

Once connected, agents can use this context to respond to availability questions, explain booking flows, and direct custome*r*s appropriately when they ask about appointments or scheduling.

The following platforms are currently supported:

* **Albi**
* **Housecall Pro**
* **ServiceTitan**

### **Services**

Define the services your business provides so agents can describe offerings consistently and accurately.

Click **+ Create** to add a service manually. Each service includes:

* **Title** – The service name customers will recognize
* **Description** – A clear explanation of what the service includes
* **Duration** – The estimated length of the service

You can also use **Import CSV** to upload services in bulk. This is helpful for businesses with a large service catalog or existing service lists. CSV files must be under 5 MB.

Keeping services up to date ensures agents present accurate options, avoid incorrect assumptions, and provide clear information across chat, SMS, and voice conversations.
