Inbox navigation and folders help your team organize and prioritize customer conversations efficiently.
The Inbox is designed to give your team a clear view of incoming messages while keeping less relevant conversations out of the way. By default, new conversations appear under Inbox (Inbound), with the most recent at the top. You can expand the sidebar to access Spam, Archive, or any custom folders your team has created.
Moving conversations between folders does not delete them; it simply changes where they appear so you can manage workload, reduce clutter, and return to conversations later without losing context.
Inbox and folder navigation
Click Inbox (Inbound) on the left sidebar to expand it and reveal Spam, Archive, and any custom folders your team has created. The main panel then displays the full list of conversations, sorted by most recent activity.
This layout helps your team focus on active messages while keeping less relevant or archived conversations accessible without clutter. Folders organize conversations without deleting them, allowing you to manage workload efficiently and return to messages when needed.
