Setting up integration with HubSpot

The HubSpot integration connects Distance to HubSpot to automatically sync customer and ticket data.

By linking Distance with HubSpot, your team can ensure that contacts and tickets created in Distance are sent directly to HubSpot without manual entry. This keeps your CRM accurate and up to date, reduces errors, and allows your team to focus on customer interactions instead of data management.

Prerequisites

  • A Distance account.

  • A HubSpot account with permission to connect third-party apps.

Limitations

  • The integration is one-way: updates flow from Distance to HubSpot only.

  • Changes made in HubSpot do not sync back to Distance.

  • Certain fields, such as Status and Priority, are not synced.

Notes

  • Verify you have the correct HubSpot account before connecting.

  • Ensure all team members know which fields are synced to avoid duplicate entries.

  • Contact Distance support if you encounter issues during setup.
